How to request deletion
Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my Ancient Cities Guide account.” We will verify the request before deletion.
What is deleted
Your profile, saved cities, private visits, authentication account, and personal media will be deleted. Public contributions may be deleted or anonymized when retention is needed to preserve conversation integrity, comply with law, or resolve abuse reports.
Timing
We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. Backups and security logs may take additional time to expire under their normal retention schedules.
